Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress born on May 26, 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo. She is a well-known actress as the actress in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira became a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March 2020. She currently works as an analyst managing the Assassination Witness project and a core member of GI-TOC's multilateral engagement team. The GI TOC's work focuses on assassinations (including disappearances), violence, and various other forms of crime with respect to illicit economy. Alongside the organized crime aspect, her research is centered on the human rights implications and international humanitarian law. Ana Paula earned an LL.M. with distinction on International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She has an LL.M. in Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula earned a magnacum honors Bachelor's degree in Legal as well as Social Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She was a trained lawyer who worked for four years at the public law litigation company. Her previous experience includes has been employed by non-governmental organisations headquarter in Rio de Janeiro as well as Geneva.
